Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is confirmed and the design details are finalised, our team begins the print-on-demand process to create your unique custom pet design. We generally process orders within 2 to 5 business days.

Order Processing Time

• All items are made to order. Processing typically takes 2 to 5 business days.
  

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Handling 

When your order is ready, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.

Please note that all products are made to order and delivery dates may be affected by public holidays or festive seasons. If you’re ordering for a loved one or a special occasion, we recommend placing your order at least one week in advance.
