We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you're not happy with the quality of your item, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll investigate the issue and do everything we can to make it right.
If your claim is approved, we’ll send you a free replacement as quickly as possible—because your satisfaction is our priority.
If a replacement isn’t possible or you’d prefer not to wait, just let us know and we’ll issue a full refund instead.
Since all of our products are made to order and often personalized just for you, you don’t need to send the original items back to us — please feel free to keep or dispose of them at your own discretion.
Defective or Damaged Products
We take great care in delivering quality products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective—and it wasn’t caused by any errors in the artwork or details you provided—we’ve got you covered.
We’ll happily cover the cost of a replacement in the following cases:

Lost Orders
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, let us know. We’ll gladly send a replacement order at no additional cost.
However, if there’s a problem with your order—like damage or a quality issue—please contact us. We’re always happy to help and will do our best to make things right.
